How can I trigger Firefox to check for updates via a command? We have FF installed on users' computers, but some users never use it. I would like to be able to trigger the FF updater to check for updates on a regular schedule. If FF is being used, then it would alert the user of the need to restart as usual. If not, then it will just update itself.

This would be for both Windows and Mac
