Some sites won't wotk with Firefox

We've encountered various sites that will not work with Firefox. If we switch to Chrome the usually will work. Two examples: 1) We use LogMeIn remote access to log into our network remotely. No can do with Firefox. When we click on the Remote link, we get a javascript (void) message and even starting the remote client outside of FF will not help. 2) We need to access the USPS Business Gateway. When we created our account all we got was a blank screen. USPS says to use another browser which also means we need to create another account as FF didn't save any of the log-in info even tho' it's configured to do so. There are other instances at work and at home and all devices are running the latest version of FF. Suggestion? And PUH-LEEZ do not suggest using Edge or IE.
