Why can't the old plugins be rebuilt? I am using the LATEST version 78.8....We've been waiting for very useful and widely used plugins like add signature and color folder for a very long time.

It might be feasible to update old add-ons, but it depends on whether the new version of TB has the necessary structure, apart from if there's someone willing to devote the time and resources to the effort.
