Internet Connection Issues...withouth the VPN

Hiya,

I love Mozilla products and recently got the VPN service, which works fine.

I have noticed something strange though. It happened twice that without VPN I lose internet connection. I restart the computer, reset the router, switch channels, dns, etc. but it's only with the VPN that my mac os 11.2.1 gets finally connected.

Any idea why?

Thank you for reaching out,

Go ahead and uninstall the VPN, then go to system preferences > Network > Wi-fi (make sure to remove the lock in order to be able to make changes) > advanced > DNS, and if DNS server 10.64.0.1 is showing remove it from the list. That should fix your internet connection, then try reinstalling the VPN again and it should work normally.

I had this problem too, and the above suggestion fixed it - although when I reinstalled the VPN it added the DNS server 10.64.0.1 back to the list. I removed it again, and now seems to be working so far. Thanks!
