How were you working offline before?

Are the menu items missing or grayed out? Either:

  • menu button > Web Developer > Work Offline
  • (menu bar) File > Work Offline

Or is the problem that Firefox does not have the pages in its cache any more, so it can't show anything without a fresh retrieval?
