Secure connection can't be established

I recently upgraded my web server (www.jamescard.org) to HTTPS (purchased and installed certificate and key). This seems to work fine except on Firefox on my Android phone. Actually, it worked fine for about a day there too but since then, it's said that it can't establish a secure connection. All other browsers on my phone or PC work fine as does Firefox on other phones. I can't tell if there's a problem with my site or if somehow the installation of Firefox on my phone is somehow messed up. The data seems to indicate the latter, but given the timing of the problem, I'd like to make sure there's nothing wrong with my site. I'm a software developer. Is there any way I can somehow get more information from Firefox on my phone to try and diagnose the problem?

Thanks, James
