NordVPN Account Activation - Checking Browser Error

I recently purchased service from NordVPN and ran into an issue activating the new account. After payment, I received an e-mail from NordVPN requesting to click on the "Activate Your Account" button to set a password and activate the account. After doing so, the next window says "please stand by while we check your browser". The next image is an array of nine pictures by which I must identify the boats or bicycles in the photos. After doing so, there is no response for about 10 seconds and the "One More Step" window opens up again with nine new photos. After about 10 sets of photos it becomes obvious there must be an issue. Is this a browser issue?
