How to recover lost emails

I imagine this has been asked before, I DID do a search first, but couldn't find anything. All of a sudden I couldn't receive email from my Yahoo account so I deleted in Thunderbird 78.7.0 and re-added. I had saved emails that I'd like to recover. I imagine it's some folder somewhere on my Windows 10 PC. Can someone tell me how to recover these emails? Thanks!

Hi, thanks for the reply. I did the following, but "Roaming" doesn't come up....Open the Windows Start menu In the the "Start Search" box, type in %APPDATA% [1] Click the "Roaming" item that appears on the menu.
