In order for me to post this problem, I had to copy and paste the link to the Mozilla Support in a different browser because it would not open in my Mozilla Firefox browser

Are you running Windows, Linux, or Mac? What version of Firefox? Have you tried safe mode?

Firefox safe mode: Click the menu button menu , click Help and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled…. Firefox will start up with the Firefox Safe Mode dialog.
