Sort POP accounts before IMAP account possible?

I have two POP accounts and one IMAP account. The POP accounts are assigned to the local folder. How can I get the local folder before the IMAP folder?

I have tried "Manually Sort Folders" with "sort accounts" and have moved the IMAP account to the last position but that did not help.

I have the Thunderbird version 78.6.1.
