Address Book
I have upgraded windows 7 to windows 10 Pro. My imported address book shows rows of what would look like a little head and body. If I double click I can read the addresses ok. How can I correct this?

You have nothing in the display name, so n o name is displayed. You have an email address in last name, so that will not be found. You have the whole name in the first name field.
My guess is you exported to a CSV and simply clicked import and did not align the CSV fields with the import destinations. Perhaps you should have tried one of the other export options that is point an click like ldif.
