Hi guys, I have a big problem. Every time I restart my Mac, I find myself in two situations: 1. In the Dock instead of the Thunderbird icon I find a big question mark, I have to re-install Thunderbird from scratch and add all accounts Or 2. In the Dock is the Thunderbird icon, but when I click I have to add all accounts again

Can anyone help me?
