E-bay and Woocommerce Problem printing shipping labels

E-bay and Woocommerce Problem printing shipping labels. Shipping labels print in both Edge and Chrome on both E-bay and Woocommerce site. E-bay's issue is it's printing blank labels. I can download the labels and then print. Woocommerece the page does not even come up to print. I tried removing popup blocker that didn't help. Amazon seems to printing shipping labels in Firefox with no issues. I have a Rollo thermal printer & using the latest versions of Firefox & Windows 10. So I do I fix this issue?
