Regarding my audio cutting out ?

At first I was getting info about changing a Cookie setting to secure.

Now I get this: The character encoding of a framed document was not declared. The document may appear different if viewed without the document framing it.

That is just a warning that you might see in the Web Console in some cases, but it doesn't necessarily have effect as you can see by the text and shouldn't cause audio issues.
