website button opens an app.!?

Hi there, can anyone help? When using my Samsung S20+ Firefox is my default browser. I go to interflora .co.uk. Hit the 'my account' button and it opens my 'Pocketcast' app. It also did the same when I hit the purchase button. The only way around it was to delete the app until I finished the purchase and reinstall. Any ideas why?

I have spoken to interflora who passed me to Pocketcast tech support. They advised me to try another browser, so I used Samsung internet and the site worked fine. So here I am.
