<p>Okay, for some reason Firefox started working today. It prompted me to start in a safe mode (It did not yesterday), I did, then I updated it via the browser. It seems to be working o.k. now&nbsp;:) thanks for the help

<strong>Win 10: </strong> Press &lt;Windows&gt; + R on the keyboard. A Run dialog will open.
In the Run dialog, type %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\submitted &lt;Enter&gt;
