Not loading up on website security site

When I log into my bank's website to access my account, when the ID and Password site load up and it goes to the next page for security question answer, the page will NOT load up. The Login button will not engage with either cursor or return key activation. What's up with this? it works on other browsers but Not Firefox??? This only started this past Saturday 12/19/20. The site has been working flawlessly for at least 2 years prior to this.
