Hello On a yellow bar towards the top of my laptop screen I get a message saying, 'A website is slowing up your browser, Stop Wait' How do I remove that webpage please? Thank you. Somewhere on the net I read that if i went to Options / Privacy and Security and then clicked the Always button for Do not track, that would solve the problem, Sadly, it doesn't. I'd appreciate some help, please. Thanks
