Hello! My question is related to a post in Google's blog: https://security.googleblog.com/2019/08/protecting-chrome-users-in-kazakhstan.html Also, see Mozilla's post on this: https://blog.mozilla.org/security/2019/08/21/protecting-our-users-in-kazakhstan/

Now, this happens again in Kazakhstan. Today, 6th of December our mobile service providers sent SMS to everyone living in Nur-Sultan (former Astana), Kazakhstan regarding some kind of "Cyber training" and the urge to install a certificate on the devices. Examples: https://beeline.kz/ru/events/news/certificate?utm_source=mainpage-banner-1 (Russian) https://www.kcell.kz/en/product/trust-certificate (English)

The certificate is attached. Please, check the issue and if possible block it asap.

Thank you!
