There is no record in the sent folder
The problem appears in the email program. When I log in from the website, there is no problem. Thank you for your answer and valuable advice.

- Right click on mail account name folder in Folder Pane and select 'Subscribe'
- Click on 'Refresh'
- Select 'Sent' folder and click on 'Subscribe'
- Click on 'OK
- Right click on 'Sent' folder and select 'Properties'
- click on 'Repair Folder'
- click on 'OK'
select another folder and then reselect 'Sent'.
