Hello, Somehow when trying to add a spam email address to my filters I've ended up with all emails going straight to the trash folder. I've made matters worse by making numerous alterations to the filters to try and resolve the problem and should have left well alone. I'm not computer-literate so don't really know what I'm doing. Is there a simple way to reset my junk settings that a computer dummy like me will understand? Many thanks. Rodney Clayton.

Hello, Many thanks for the quick reply. I don't think it's my security software (Bitdefender). It all happened immediately after I tried adding a nuisance spam email address to my "blocked" list. When it then started to go wrong I fiddled about with the messge filter settings which now are probably full of errors. I should have left well alone. What I need to do is restore my message filters to where they were which is almost certainly beyond me. Is there such a thing as default message settings and how to I do that? I attach a screenshot of my settings. I don't know if this will help. Thanks, Rodney.

back up a bit. Does your anti virus/ internet security suit have a spam filter? I recall in the past others having mcafee I think it was at the time dumping everything into trash. But if one anti virus can do it, others are also more than capable.

Hello again, By tial and error I've managed to restore the correct setting. I disabled my filters one by one until it worked. Thanks again for the help. Rodney Clayton.

Had same problem, all went to trash. Disabled the last 5 most recent spam rules I had and now it works again.
