unresponsive links as of 82.0.3

On a lot of websites, calacademy.org for instance, firefox 82.0.3 will no longer follow links. I click on them and nothing happens. I can however right click and and choose open link in new tab.

This site used to work, and it works in chrome and safari.

Is this a known problem?
