Minimizing window with another window maximized

Hi all!

Firefox is my main browser, and I often have more than one window open split between two screens. While I'm working, I have a second monitor where I usually have video streaming that I like to keep maximized. The problem is that when I have a window maximized, I can't minimize the other window I have open on my main browser. It is possible to do this with Safari, but I haven't figured out how to do this with Firefox. Is it possible to set things so that I can minimize other windows even when one window is maximized?

I'm on a mac running Mojave.
