Ever since a pop-up page appeared and locked up my system, I've been unable to delete any later items from my browser history. Apple Official Services has dumped over 100 entries into my browser history and I am not able to remove any of these items or any pages browsed since the invasion occurred. I have removed and re-installed Firefox, tried clearing cache and cookies (not sure this actually worked) tried deleting entire browsing history with no success, tried deleting individual items and tried deleting Today history, Yesterday history and Last 7 Days history ... all with no success. I AM able to delete items back in previous months ... occurring before the malware pages appeared.

Now what? I appreciate any help available!!
