My TBird installed v 78.4 yesterday, and I'm having a terrible time with it. The type is much smaller, and I can't read it. And the color change that indicates a mailbox with new mail is so close to black that it is not longer distinguishable. Can someone pleeeeeze tell me how to increase the type size in the main display back to what it was, and how to change the "new mail" color in the folder display? I am absolutely certain that I am not the only older person who is going to have trouble with this, so you might want to reconsider these changes. In the meantime, thanks a million for any help.

Which fonts are too small? You can zoom all of them by changing a preference:

The color of folders with unread mail can be changed with a css file:

/* Change the color of folders with unread messages */

treechildren::-moz-tree-cell-text(hasUnreadMessages-true)
{color: red !important;}

Help/Troubleshooting, Profile Folder, Open Folder, close TB, create a subfolder named chrome, create a new document in chrome with a text editor, name it userChrome.css, save as type: All files *.*, copy the code into the css file. Options/General/Config. editor, double-click toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to true, restart TB.
