cannot update browser says a certain account does not support this browser

Very important that I get into a certain account and it is saying that this account doesn't support this browser any longer. It just happened without any warning.

Current Firefox releases require Windows 7 and newer. Users on Windows XP and Vista have been moved to the Firefox 52 ESR version.

Some websites may no longer support this old Firefox version because they use JavaScript that only works in newer versions. We have seen reports that a website like Facebook no longer supports Firefox 52.
