I use Firefox sync to share logins and passwords between my home and work computer. I set this up a few years ago. Now I want to sync another computer, but I don't remember the sync password. I believe it's written in a code book in my office, which has been closed due to Covid 19 since March. How can I change my sync password while preserving my login and password info? Many of my passwords were generated by Firefox and not something I would ever remember.

I can see my current logins and passwords on a sync enabled computer, so in theory I can copy and re-enter them all. But there are hundreds, and that would many hours. If I was willing to do this, is there a way that I can enter the logins and passwords into a table in Firefox without having to visit every website, log in, and re-save the login info? At this point my only two options seem to be to not use my sinced profile on that computer, or to spend all day manually setting everything up again. Thanks.
