What do you see when you try to open the webpage? A blank screen, or some error message? Does it appear to load or just refuses to try? Try another browser, or Firefox in safe mode (no extensions) and report your result. Your issue may have a number of causes. Myself, I get redirected to united.com, which appears as a blank page, even with extensions disabled. A few domains are connected to, but that's it. Chromium furter redirects me to my local version of the website (united.com/en/cz), which loads slowly but OK. Loading united.com/en/cz (when typed fully) also works in Firefox. So, the redirect from the main page does not seem to work on Firefox, but you may go to united.com/en/us (or whatever your region code is) and continue from there. Then, save the correct address as a bookmark and use that instead of typing unionairlines.com (setting a keyword for it may help you reach the site quicker).

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

I use this site for United Airlines:

https://www.united.com/

If in doubt about an address, it sometimes helps to run a search and see what the popular links are in your search engine.

The united.com should translate to www.united.com. If you try to get there via IP it does not work. Smells like DNS...  ;-))

Just curious, but who is you dns provider?

ping united.com PING united.com (23.0.219.164)

ping www.united.com PING e2788.x.akamaiedge.net (23.73.225.45
