Still receiving popups for push notifications although blocked in the settings

Although "Settings->Site Permissons -> Notification" is set to "blocked" there are messages popping up that ask me to allow push notifications. Example: https://www.wetteronline.de/wetter/berlin The request for push notification does not appear immediately but after some time (about a minute). Firefox Android version is 81.1.2. I do not get the popup for this site ( https://www.wetteronline.de/wetter/berlin) when using Firefox Desktop which is also set to block any request regarding push notifications. Is there any way to completely stop also Firefox Android to ask for push notifications?
