Link not working to reset master password

The chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul link does not seem to work for me to reset my master password. I believe I just have the normal version of Firefox, but whenever I paste in the link, it keeps loading forever and when I press enter again, it says file not found. How can I reset my password with this issue?

Hi,

When I paste that into my browser, it asks if I want to reset my primary password not my master password. I meant the one for passwords and such because I can't remember what I set it to.

Mozilla has changed the name master password to primary password.
