Being blocked from sites I normally use

Been using Firefox for some years with no problems of this nature. Using a Family History search program I have always been able to follow links and hints to gather information. In the last week or so I am getting this message: "Pardon Our Interruption

I cannot access the referred to support article. I am not super fast. I have made no changes to Cookies or plug ins at all at any time (not that smart) and I cannot find the two plugins mentioned. Anyone help me? TIA Rusty
