I have a ZTE Axon 7, (A2017U), on Metro by T-Mobile, & I've resisted upgrading Firefox due to my inability to learn new procedures, systems, functions, etc- due to my Traumatic Brain Injury,(a work injury f/2000, which I'm STILL fighting w/State of Calif, in order to get any medical care for- which is an entirely different problem, BUT, ALSO IS INVOLVED WITH THIS UPGRADE ISSUE). I have a gigantic amount of bookmarks saved, 95% are legal/medical info, dating back to AT LEAST 2011, if not earlier, as I migrated these bookmarks from previous Android phones I've owned in the past. I had to represent myself in the WorkComp proceedings, after being fired f/work, becoming homeless, THEN learning employer was uninsured, due to his WorkComp carrier going bankrupt, & his failure to re-insure himself! I spent 7 years learning about WorkComp law, TBI, everything else, in order to "win" my case, with a 100% Disability Rating, which allowed me,(supposedly), lifetime cash & medical benefits! The info in my bookmarks on this phone, is STILL being used, & is invaluable to me! I CANNOT LOSE THESE BOOKMARKS! OR, THE MANY PASSWORDS STORED IN FIREFOX, for all the websites, accounts I use, in the Password Mgr! I'm on v68.8.0, my antivirus, Lookout Premiums, is going berserk now, due to my not upgrading! Plus, to make it all worse, I've recently been in & out of hospital, due to medical issues associated with my TBI, PTSD, & Seizure Disorder! My memory is malfunctioning, my eyesight is scrambled, if I upgrade, I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT MAKE ANY MISTAKES, that could cause a loss of ANYTHING stored in Firefox! Plus, I'll need to learn a new browser, which is NOT my strong point now, especially since I use Firefox, & my phone's, as a "work tool"every day, as I'm forced to battle for a normal life, since this WorkComp system in California is broken beyond repair, & I've been reduced to a dollar figure written on a piece of paper, that's been crumpled & thrown in the trash! I apologize for this reach-out for help, but being homebound, BEDBOUND, , & unable to go outdoors, has made me question why I'm fighting... But, I refuse to give up! I just need help, which is very hard to ask for! Please tell me upgrading Firefox is a simple click on my ZTE's screen! I have no PC to back up anything on, no way to go to a store to buy an SD card, nothing! I need to be led through the procedure to upgrade to v81, so I don't screw up!
