Opening a window using Adobe Connect and window is zoomed in and I can't zoom out

I teach classes that use Adobe Connect and Flash. In trying to login this week, the window is zoomed in and I can't zoom out. When I try, only the pane with text and attendee list shrinks. I don't have the problem with Safari but I like Firefox better. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, Adobe Connect and Adobe Flash. The problem continues even after doing this.
