How to enable enable autoplay generally or for specific web sites?

After updating from version 68 (where I could enable autoplay in general) to version 79, I could only enable audio autoplay for Wifi access. The alternatives were to disable autoplay for both audio and video or to enable autoplay for video only. However, I am also heavily using my Android web browser to play music from my own media center over cellular networks, and with version 79, I could find no way to enable audio autoplay for cellular networks. This makes the new browser version basically unusable for my use case, so I now have actually downloaded and installed an old version 68 APK to re-gain the ability to use the Firefox web browser as audio player, no matter where I am.

Maybe I somehow missed how I can enable audio autoplay independent of the access network. If this is the case, I would be happy if you could guide me how to get there. Otherwise, I think the designers/developers should consider to add a fourth option for generally enabling audio autoplay to support this use case.

Either way, your feedback is highly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

BR, Christ
