Firefox was updated last night on my laptop. After the install it started for several seconds then shut down. Every time I tried to start it it did the same. I used the troubleshooting page when it eventually did load which recommended clearing the cache and refreshing Firefox. Having done a refresh before I was surprised to see that there was no Old profile folder (or whatever it's called). After this I tried to start Firefox and received the error message "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessable. It was now impossible to start Firefox as all I got was the same message. I thought something had gone wrong with the update, or refresh, so decided to uninstall, then reinstall. This did not solve the problem either. I am now stuck without Firefox on my laptop. OS is Windows 10pro version 2004.
