Problems with logging in to Vendor accounts using the Firefox Browser Version 80 and 79

For the last few months, I have been experiencing a login problem with Vendor accounts (each one has a warning about using Firefox as my browser of choice) and the feedback I get from the Vendors is to change browsers. Is this some sort of Firefox payback or what - I am tired of this login problem and having to hold the hands of each Vendor. I don't know if the problem is with Firefox or the Vendors, but I have looked into loading a previous version of Firefox to see if the problem goes away, but can't find the way to load a previous version of Firefox. What to do about this login problem - should I change browsers? I can be reached by email for any suggestions or help!
