Enable Flash do not appaer on some websites that needs flash

Hi

I have installed latest FF version (80) and have deinstalled and reinstalled all Flash Player version - also the plugin version for FF. Now after several tries some websites (VMware managing sites for vsphere) are working and if I choose the Flash version of them I get the picture/button for enabling flash and the website is opening correct.

But if I go to another managing website for VMware horizon view administration (admin site for managing VMware VDIs) then no enabling button appears and directly I get the information that I need to install flash version 11.1 or higher.

This problem is only on Firefox. In IE and Chrome I can acccess the site without problems but in Firefox it doesn't work anymore since version update 80. The problem is that I can't open the side to get this enabling flash.

Is there a way to open it if it doesn't appear automatically?
