Ubuntu 20.04 / Firefox Memory Leak

My Firefox will start out using a couple hundred megabytes of memory initially. If I do nothing with the tabs and just leave them open by the next day this has grown to gigabytes on its own. These are static pages without ad's or video content.

In my opinion Firefox isn't doing a good job managing memory and as a result the system will freeze. I was able to duplicate this problem on another computer with both the same tabs and different tabs open but with different hardware specs in that system so it's clearly Firefox.

If I leave Firefox closed and use another browser like Chrome this doesn't happen and I can leave the system running for weeks along with the browser open and no leaks happen. Even after frequent web browsing.

Anyone else having this issue? Never had it on Ubuntu 18.
