First the recommended add-ons I have installed in firefox browser are not working and when I try to install other Firefox recommended add-ons, I end up in an endless loop with no opportunity to install them.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?


Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Now in the Reply Box on the forum page, do a right-click in the box and select Paste.
