Loss the login and password when updated with Lockwise

This is my second request for this problem. Firefox Lockwise killed my login and password file. There is no Lockwise file found. How do i get my old login & password file back. Or can i get it back ! I lose about 20 listings. How can i get them back? I am very upset for 2 reasons. Lost my login & password information and NO ONE got back to me ! I did not request the Lockwise file !! This is no way to treat a user !
