lost all address book contacts and contcts after reinstalling thunderbird

is there any one here that can remote connect to fix this problem . I made the mistake of updating to the newest 78 version of thunderbird and l did not like it so tried to reinstall anolder version and could not so i went to system restore and got the version i had but after that everything returned but i lost all my address contacts. some tech at just answer tried but he used a really old profile from 2019 not a morre recent one and now i can not get he most curreenytones back and they can not remote connect also tried dell tech and that did not work either please help
