thunderbird 78.0
Good Morning in the new version of Thunderbird 78.0, when I set my mail account, doesn't appear anymore the popup to accept all the certificates, so my personal certificates cannot be installed. My account mail doesn't work. in the previous version 68.10 all works fine. when I set my personal mail with our personal server the pop up to accept the certificates appear and just after all works properly, because my certificates go in the list of accepted certificates. Someone knows about that?

were you asked to add your account again after the update?
No. I set it up a new pc with a new mailbox, so I downloaded thunderbird. form the web site. and once I filled the details of the mail account (server etc..) I didn't get the popup asking to accept the certificates of my mail provider. result: mail account cannot connect , it doesn't works. my solution for now was been: installed version 68.10 of thunderbird and all works well. popup certificate came out, accepted. done. in the 78.00 it doesn't happen.
OK so I assume these are self signed certificates, as they are the only ones that would normally have a pop up. Is that the case. We can play 20 questions here, or you can just offer up details about your setup so we can move on.
