printing from sites like Royal Bank doen't work since latest Firefox updates

There is print button on the bank site, and other websites, but all that happens when clicked is a blank page. Not a problem in other browsers. 

When I tried to follow the printing problem instructions I am unable to actually view the entire Page Set Up window. (I did change the margins once and maybe I didn't reset them properly but can't see to find out.) I also tried restart in safe mode. Still can't view the top of the Page Set Up window.
