Until 3 weeks ago I only needed 2 levels of questions to get into my bank account.

Now I have to go through 8 as my login details are not kept in Firefox. I always tick the "remember me" box but this does not work: i have to do the full log on every time.

any help would be welcomed

Thx

You may be in Private Browsing mode or told Firefox not to remember.

Type about:preferences#privacy<enter> in the address bar.
The button next to History, select Use Custom Settings.

Turn off Always Use Private Browsing Mode
Turn on Remember My Browsing And Download History
At the bottom of the page, turn on Clear History When Firefox Closes.
At the far right, press the Settings button. Turn on ONLY
Cache and Form And Search History leaving the others off.

Do you mean you have to log in through 8 different password or other pages?
Or is the login data not being excepted?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Hi Normally you can log on using just the last 2 stages of an 8 stage login (dob, card details, account etc). Normally you tick the box for speedy login (once you have gone through all 8 ) and next time you login you only have to use the 2 speedy levels (your details are obviously saved) thus taking 10 seconds rather than up to a minute. About once every 2 months it asks you to do the full login presumably for security and that's fine, but to have to do it every time is so time consuming.

Thx for your help
