FB sign up keeps saying FF is blocking cookies [up to date version] . its set correctly , iv read the article

-set to custom and nothing is blocked -are no permissions to be managed I CANT SEE ANY THING ABOUT THIRD PARTY COOKIES<, WHY IS THIS
