Hi.after the last Firefox update the bitdefender wallet app is gone.I bought the bitdefender antivirus and wallet is included.I use firefox all the time and now have trouble logging in to sites.Can you help me with this problem.Thank you, Andrew williams

Please contact BitDefender for help with their application and/or their add-on for Firefox (if they use an add-on to "hook into" Firefox).
Perhaps the add-on needs to be updated for the updated version of Firefox; just a SWAG on my part.

Hi Andrew, until recently, other software could install add-ons into Firefox simply by listing them in the Windows Registry. Firefox 75 (or maybe 74) stopped looking for new add-ons in the registry, but the ones you already had should have been retained. If your update created a new profile or performed a "Refresh", though, then Firefox wouldn't have reinstalled the externally listed extensions.

BitDefender may be able to give you a URL to install the add-on, or if not a URL, the location of the file on disk so you can do a manual install through the Add-ons page (click the "gear" button then click "Install Add-on from File...").

Since other BitDefender users could have the same issue, could you share back here any useful advice you get from their support? Thanks.
