Last week my hard drive died in my laptop, and the only thing that's truly gone is my Firefox bookmarks. Prior to this event I had these synched with Safari on my iPhone, but I don't recall how I did that & how to get them back into Firefox.

Hi,

one thing to try: Enable iCloud sync for Safari on your iPhone.

If you use an Mac  : enable iCloud Sync for Safari, so your bookmarks will sync with Safari. Then you could export the bookmarks from Safari to HTML and import them to Firefox. see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1144426 how to export and import from Safari to Firefox

If you are on Windows: apparently the same, first you have to install iCloud for Windows and then adapt the sync settings see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1144426 how to export and import from Safari to Firefox
