vpn won't start

I am on Win10. On Win10 start menu I see "Firefox VPN". When I click on this a option a window with a spinner opens that states "Waiting for sign in and subscription confirmation" It never stops spinning. When I select "cancel" I am directed to a page that says "there is a problem". What do I do now? All the vpn account information says I am OK and paid.

Try making sure you're signed into your Firefox Account on your browser. It oughta pull up a browser window/tab and sign you in, then the app should work. Maybe you closed the tab by accident?

Eve, Thanks for your response. Yes, I am signed in. Got ur email and sent you screenshots of everything I see. Hope you can help. Should I just cancel vpn subscription, delete FF browser, delete vpn and then start over? Jack

I wouldn't cancel it if you wanna test it again, but i'd delete the VPN, redownload it, then maybe, even, set FF to default if it isn't, and let it test the sign in when it opens the tab
