New Asus and old Lenovo both running v74. Asus will not save log in and password for Outlook. eBay and amazon whilst Lenovo will. All relevant tick boxes etc checked but no joy. Any help most appreciated.

Chosen solution

Make sure you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History).

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
    Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
  • remove checkmark: [ ] "Always use Private Browsing mode"

Note that you can add a new login manually yourself in Lockwise via the "Create New Login" at the bottom of the left panel.
