Following migration to 75.0b2 (32 bit), 'Message Filters' are no longer an option, so I assume they have been stepped on.

Previous to upgrade I probably had close to 100 filters, most to move mail to local folders and some just to straight out delete. My normal procedure was to click on the 3 horizontal lines button at top right of display and it would list about 20 options starting with 'New, Attachments, Edit, Find, Print, Save as, etc'. Well there used to be one there called 'Message Filters' however it is no longer present. I was able to locate file 'msgFilterRules.dat' still on my disk updated today size 40.4 KB so I assume that is the file. Not sure how to get it back seeing as the file appears to be where it belongs.
